Henri Fayol’s Administrative Theory

He viewed workers as components in the machinery of production, believing that their individual skills could be improved through scientific analysis and precise instructions. Taylor’s approach was far more mechanistic, aiming to reduce human variability in performance by prescribing the best way to perform each task.
