Doing all this will improve patients’ recovery process as they can receive the care they want and easily communicate.

Change Management will apply all the processes and tools to monitor the patients from their current state to a new state in the future until they can see the results of the changes. Health workers should monitor their patients’ changes and integrate them into their daily living for a speedy recovery.
